Coaching Sessions: Refunds for coaching sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide high-quality services, and if a client is unsatisfied with a coaching session, they may request a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of a coaching session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Unused Sessions: In the event of unused coaching sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be provided for the remaining sessions.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to the satisfaction of our clients. If a client feels that they did not benefit from our coaching services, they may request a refund within a specified timeframe.

Refund Request Procedure: All refund requests must be submitted in writing, outlining the reason for the request. The request will be reviewed, and a decision will be communicated to the client within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Processing Time: Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within Seven business days.

Exceptions: There may be exceptions to the refund policy in extenuating circumstances, and we reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
